Growth Mock Case Study: Dropbox Business Account Conversion

A couple years ago I was a Product Manager of Growth at Ticketmaster, the slides below is just an example of the methodology of how I approached an experiment or idea. In this case study I’m using Dropbox as an example starting with a growth question they were trying to answer back in 2018.
